# Exporting transactions to Xero

> PEX offers the ability to export your transactions into many accounting platforms, including Xero.

## Export transactions to Xero

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Log in to the administrator site at [dashboard.pexcard.com](https://dashboard.pexcard.com?utm_source=support).
  </Step>

  <Step>
    In the left navigation, click **Reports**.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Choose **Xero export** for the report plan, or search for **Xero**.

    Choose your report **Start** and **End** dates.

      **Note:**

      To avoid creating duplicate records when downloading into Xero, choose a **Start** date that does not include records you have already downloaded.
    </Note>

  <Step>
    Click **Export to Xero**. This downloads an OFX file to your desktop or downloads folder.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Open Xero and import the file.
  </Step>
