# How to Cancel a PEX ACH Transfer

> Cancel a PEX ACH transfer you scheduled before it processes; only the administrator who scheduled the transfer can cancel it.

  **Note:**

  *Only the Administrator who scheduled a PEX ACH Transfer can cancel it. No other administrator will be able to cancel that ACH transfer.*

PEX processes ACH requests Monday - Friday (except on Federal Bank Holidays).

You may cancel PEX ACH transfer requests prior to processing. Only transfers in the "Requested" status can be canceled.

## How to Cancel a PEX ACH Transfer:

    Log in to [dashboard.pexcard.com](https://dashboard.pexcard.com?utm_source=support)
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Click the "Transactions" tab
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Click "Pending Transfers" tab
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Click the "**X**" icon next to the pending transaction

    * If the "X" icon is not available, the ACH transfer is being processed and it is too late to cancel the transaction, or the transfer was created by another administrator

*Click on the "**X**" to cancel the Pending Transfer*  

To cancel a scheduled transfer, follow the instructions above. After logging in and navigating to the "Transactions" screen:

    Click "Scheduled Transfers" tab

    Click the "**X**" icon next to the scheduled transfer

    * If the "X" icon is not available, then either the ACH transfer is being processed and it is too late to cancel the transaction, or the transfer was created by another administrator
    * If the administrator who created the transfer is unable to cancel the transfer due to too much time elapsing from when it was initiated on the PEX dashboard, the administrator should contact their bank directly to verify if it is possible to cancel the ACH on their end.
