# How to Fund From Admin Dashboard

> You can create a transfer of funds from your bank to PEX, or schedule a transfer of funds from your bank to PEX, through the Administrator Dashboard.

Funds will deposit to your PEX account in four (4) business days.

  **Note:**

  If your bank rejects an ACH request, they may charge you a fee (e.g., for insufficient funds). In addition, if your bank rejects an ACH request, PEX will charge a Transfer Request Return Fee of \$30. ## How to Create a Transfer of Funds from Your Bank to Your PEX Account

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Log in to [dashboard.pexcard.com](https://dashboard.pexcard.com?utm_source=support)
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Click the "Transactions" tab
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Click "Make a transfer" blue button on the upper right

    <Note>
      **Note:**

      The Make a transfer button will not be available if you do not have these Admin permissions. Check permissions in My Profile, or contact the administrator who created your profile.
    </Note>
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Select an external bank account from the drop-down list to transfer funds "From"
  </Step>

  <Step>
    The transfer will be made "To" the pre-selected PEX account
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Enter the amount to transfer from the external bank account to the PEX account
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Select Same-Day ACH or Standard ACH transfer

    <Note>
      **Note:**

      To create a scheduled transfer of funds, select the Standard ACH option to view additional scheduling options. Same-Day ACH transfers cannot be scheduled.
    </Note>

  <Step>
    Click the blue "Transfer" button
