# How to report fraud or dispute a transaction

> Steps to take if you identify unauthorized activity on your PEX card or need to dispute a transaction

If you identify unauthorized activity on your PEX card, block the card immediately to prevent additional charges.

To open a dispute — whether for unauthorized activity or a non-fraud issue — contact our call center at **1-866-685-0898**, available 24/7. Our agents will promptly gather all necessary information to expedite the dispute process.

  **Note:**

  All unauthorized activity must be reported within 60 days of the settlement date to remain eligible for dispute.
