# Limitations of PEX Requests

> Review the default $10,000 per-request limit for cardholder PEX Requests and note that Realtime Funding accounts do not support PEX Requests.

By default the maximum amount a cardholder can ask for in a Request is \$10,000 USD.

If your cardholders will routinely be requesting more than \$10,000 per request, please [contact the PEX admin support team](/administrator-guide/contact-administrator-support) for assistance.
