Cardholders can submit a new request via the cardholder website or the mobile app. A request consists of two things: the amount of money desired and an optional note (200 character limit).
After entering in the amount of money requested, you can see the projected balance if your request is approved.
All Requests are “pending” until a user makes a final decision. Once a request is submitted, the relevant administrators will receive a notification of the submitted request.
Submitting a New Request via the Cardholder Website
Choose “Request funds” from the main navigation bar. To create a new request, click the green button titled "Make a Request now.”
Submitting a New Request via the Mobile App
After logging into the app, navigate to the main “Account” screen and choose “Requests.” To make a new request, click the button titled “New Request.”
