PEX Requests is a feature that allows your cardholders to submit requests for funding, so your organization can keep track of why funds are needed. The feature is automatically enabled on a business level for all users on the Core, Pro and Infinite plans.
Administrators can deactivate this feature in by navigating to the Dashboard and then clicking "Business Settings". Deactivating this feature does not delete past requests, however, you and your cardholders will not longer be able to access any requests.
Note: if you deactivate this feature and wish to re-enable it in the future, you will need to contact PEX customer support.
If you do not see PEX Requests under business settings, your plan does not include this feature. To find your current plan, please see How to Find Your Plan and Available Product Features
