How to Find Your Plan and Available Product Features

PEX currently offers three service Plans, designed to fit the varying needs of different sized organizations:

  • Core
  • Pro
  • Infinite

We are constantly releasing new features for each Plan. Details on the features included in each Plan can be found here.

How to Find Your Organization's Current Plan

  1. Log into the Administrator Site
  2. Click the "Dashboard" tab
  3. Click “Business Profile” in the blue bar
  4. You can see your Plan on the right side of the screen, under “Plan Details”

Administrators can find their Plan Details in the "Business Profile" of the Dashboard 

Changing your Plan

To change your Plan, please contact Administrator Support or your Customer Success Representative.
