Administrators can find a shipment tracking number for card orders on the "Card order history" page in the Administrator Site.
Card tracking information is available as soon as the cards ship, typically:
- Rush Delivery. Within 2-3 business days.
- Expedited Delivery. Within 3-4 business days.
How to Track a Card Order
- Log into the Administrator Site
- Click the "Cards" tab
- Click "Card order history" in the blue bar
- Select the card order from the list
- Review the tracking method and shipment date
- Click the tracking number link to view full details
- Note: this will open a page on a 3rd party shipping website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS)
Click on the Tracking Number to check the status of a card order
