Administrators can deactivate this feature by navigating to the Dashboard and then clicking “Business Settings”. Deactivating this feature does not delete past requests, however, you and your cardholders will no longer be able to access any requests. If you do not see PEX Requests under business settings, your plan does not include this feature.
