Bulk actions
Bulk actions allow you to manage multiple transactions at once, streamlining your workflow and saving valuable time. Here’s how they can help:
- Select transactions that you want to take action on by clicking on the checkboxes next to such purchases
- Click on the ‘Actions’ button
- Select from the drop-down menu which action should be applied to the selected transactions
-
Check the status of your bulk action on the ‘Batch Operations’ page. It may take some time to complete.

- Applying tag values in bulk will not work for rejected or approved transactions. You must first mark such transactions as “Not reviewed” by clicking the “Unapprove” button in the action dropdown list.
- If a tag value is already added to a transaction, the bulk action will override it with the new value.
- There is no possibility to split tags via bulk actions.
- If split tags have already been added, the bulk action will override the tag value for all splits.
