We use your business bank account information to tailor your credit line increase. The more relevant accounts you link, the more accurately we can determine your new limit.
Requesting a credit line increase:
- Log in to the Dashboard via https://dashboard.pexcard.com
- Navigate to the ‘Dashboard’ page

Press the ‘Request credit increase’ button under the ‘Your credit account’ Dashboard page section.

- Provide the requested credit line amount and a reason for that.
- Press the ‘Submit’ button. Notes:
- Only admins with the ‘Request business account’ permission can submit CLI requests.
- It may take up to 2 business days to review a CLI request.
- The “Request Credit Line” button is not available for suspended accounts.
- Only one CLI request can be submitted within a 30-day period.
- Your business account should be created at least 3 months ago before you can submit a CLI request.
- If you have unlinked bank accounts, 3-month PDF bank statements are required for uploading to submit a CLI request.
- If your bank account was added via micro deposits, 3-month PDF bank statements are required for uploading to submit a CLI request.
- Once the request is created, you won’t be able to edit it.
- Once the request is approved or rejected, you will receive an email notification.
