Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further.

On rare occasions, pages may load slowly or display an error on the PEX website. If this happens, it may be caused by your browser cache. To fix the problem, perform a force refresh of the page or clear the browser cache.

What is a browser cache?

To speed up web browsing, browsers download web pages and store them locally in an area called the “cache.” When you visit the same page again, the browser loads it from cache instead of downloading everything again.

Forcing a clean page reload

Require your browser to load a new version of the page by pressing these keys simultaneously:
  • Windows: Ctrl + F5
  • Mac/Apple: Command + Shift + R
  • Linux: Ctrl + F5
You can also hold Shift and click the Refresh button in your browser’s address bar.

Clearing your browser cache

If a force refresh doesn’t fix the issue, clear your browser’s cache: Chrome: Click More (top right) → More toolsClear browsing data. Choose a time range (select All time to delete everything). Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click Clear data. Firefox: Click the menu button → PreferencesPrivacy & Security. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data. Uncheck Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear. Safari: Choose HistoryClear History, select how far back you want to clear and click Clear History. Edge: Click the menu button (top right) → Settings → under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose What to Clear → click Clear. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, contact your technical support team for assistance. You can also try another web browser as a short-term workaround.
