Every transaction you make with your PEX card usually requires additional info — like receipts, tags, or notes — before it can be reviewed and approved by your manager. Setting up the right notifications and knowing where to add that info will save you time and keep things moving.Documentation Index

1. Set up your notifications
Notifications remind you to add missing info right when it matters. Configure them so nothing slips through the cracks. Navigate to Log In → Profile → Notifications.🔔 Missing Transaction Info Reminder
Sent right after every transaction — while the receipt is still in your hands.- SMS: Text your receipt photo directly to PEX. The system auto-matches it to the correct transaction.
- Push: Tap the notification to go straight to the transaction and add what’s needed. Don’t have the mobile app yet? Now’s a great time to install it.
- Email: Click the link in the email to jump directly to the transaction that needs attention.
📋 Missing Transaction Info Digest
A periodic summary sent only when you have transactions still missing info. Great for catching anything you may have missed.- Push: Tap to see the full list of transactions that need your action.
- Email: Review the list in the email and click to add the required info for each transaction.
Tip:Enable at least one channel for each notification type so you’re always in the loop.
2. Add the required info
Depending on your company’s account settings, each transaction may require different pieces of information before it can be approved. Open any transaction from the Mobile App or Dashboard to see exactly what’s needed:- 🏷️ Tags — categorize the purchase based on your company’s coding structure
- 📝 Notes — add context about what the purchase was for
- 🧾 Receipts — attach a photo or file of the receipt
3. Check what’s still missing
Use the filter to quickly find any transactions that still need your attention. Navigate to Purchases → Filters → Review Status → Missing Info.- ✓ No transactions in the list? You’re all caught up. Nice work!
- If there are transactions listed, just open each one, add the missing details, and your managers can move forward with approvals.
