When you apply for a PEX account on the Start site, auto-card ordering is selected by default. Once your account is verified, your card is ordered automatically — no extra steps, no waiting around. Your card is on its way before you’ve even logged into your Dashboard.
Eligibility:Auto-card ordering is available for Credit Expense customers who select the option during the application process on the Start site.

Shipping and delivery

Your card ships fast and at no cost to you:
  • Delivered to your business address — the one you provided during your application on the Start site
  • Priority shipping included — so you’re not waiting longer than you need to
  • Free for your first card — no surprise charges

Track your card

Once a tracking number is available, find it on your Dashboard under: Dashboard > Cards > Card orders
Shipping charges for future orders:Shipping for all subsequent card orders will be charged unless you select the Free shipping method. Only the first auto-ordered card ships for free using priority shipping.

Activate your card and start spending

When your card arrives, activate it from the Dashboard to unlock spending. Cards aren’t active until you do this — so the sooner you activate, the sooner you’re up and running.
Tip:Activate your card the moment it arrives — it takes seconds and you’ll be ready to spend right away.

Your default spend policy

Your card comes ready to use with a Limited spend policy pre-assigned — a sensible starting point you can adjust at any time.

Need more flexibility? Update the Limited spend policy or assign custom spend rules anytime from your Dashboard: Dashboard > Cards > Card details > Spend rules

Prefer to order cards yourself?

No problem. During your application on the Start site, simply uncheck the auto-card ordering checkbox on the Product selection page. Your account will be verified as usual — you just place card orders manually when you’re ready.
