Canceling a Card Order

  • Requests to cancel card orders are not accepted as it is not possible for PEX to cancel once it has been submitted.
  • Please proceed to close the card on the dashboard with these steps the same day the order was placed and create a new card order.

Editing a Card Order

*Need to correct the spelling of a card name ordered earlier today?

  • Please proceed to edit the card name on your dashboard by locating and clicking the card, locate and clicking the Profile tab. Click Edit Profile at the bottom of the page, update the name, then save.
  • Once this has been updated the same day the card is ordered, only the latest name will print onto the card. There is no need to contact PEX once this has been updated and saved.
*Need to correct the shipping address on file for a card ordered earlier today to the address on file?

  • Please proceed to edit the shipping address on your dashboard by locating and clicking the card, locate and clicking the Profile tab. Click Edit Profile at the bottom of the page, update the address changes, then save.
  • Once this has been updated the same day the card is ordered, the card will ship to the latest shipping address on file. There is no need to contact PEX once this has been updated and saved.
Need to make another correction to a new card ordered earlier today or yesterday?
Please proceed to close the card on the dashboard with these steps the same day the order was placed and create a new card order.
  • Card order change requests submitted M-F before 5pm on the same day the card order was placed may or may not be accepted and are not guaranteed.
  • PEX is unable to make changes to new or replacement card orders completed on weekends, holidays, on weekdays outside of normal business hours, 9-5pm (EST) or changes to card orders the day after the card order is submitted.
  • In order to submit a request for a change or correction, please email Adminsupport@pexcard.com with the requested change/s rather than calling. Subject line should reflect that the request is for a card order change request.
  • Note: Due to imposed character limits, either an ATTN line or the business name may be manually added.

Corrections for Redelivery

PEX is not authorized to alter card orders shipments or attempts delivery. Any further changes to a card order or redelivery requests should be addressed directly to the shipping company, as applicable.
