Not every company’s financial year aligns with the calendar year. With this feature, you can customize your yearly spend limit reset to match your business’s unique fiscal calendar. Once set, the system automatically resets the yearly spend limit for all Cardholders on the selected date.

How to set a custom yearly reset date

Log in to the Dashboard at dashboard.pexcard.com.

Navigate to Business Settings from the left menu.

On the Profile page, scroll down and click Edit.

Under Yearly limit reset date, select the desired date from the calendar.

Scroll down and click Update.

How it works

  • The yearly spend limit reset occurs automatically when the selected date arrives.
  • The reset applies to all existing Cardholders within the business and will apply to newly created ones once the date arrives.
  • If you select a future reset date (for example, changing from January 1st to September 1st on March 3rd), the yearly spend limit resets on the newly selected date (September 1st).
  • Until that date arrives, the current yearly spend limit remains unchanged.
  • If you select a date that has already passed, the system does not reset spend limits retroactively.
  • The next reset occurs when the selected date arrives in the following year.
