How to set a custom yearly reset date
Log in to the Dashboard at dashboard.pexcard.com.
How it works
- The yearly spend limit reset occurs automatically when the selected date arrives.
- The reset applies to all existing Cardholders within the business and will apply to newly created ones once the date arrives.
- If you select a future reset date (for example, changing from January 1st to September 1st on March 3rd), the yearly spend limit resets on the newly selected date (September 1st).
- Until that date arrives, the current yearly spend limit remains unchanged.
- If you select a date that has already passed, the system does not reset spend limits retroactively.
- The next reset occurs when the selected date arrives in the following year.
