How to Enable Cardholder Notifications

PEX offers a variety of cardholder notifications to alert you to key account activity. You can subscribe to the following notifications:

Email notifications

Transaction approved — receive a notification when an admin has approved your transaction.
Transaction rejected — receive a notification when an admin has rejected your transaction.
Transaction declined — receive a notification when your card is declined at point-of-sale.
Card balance updates — receive a notification when funds are added to or removed from your card.
Funding request status — receive a notification when your funding request is approved or rejected.
Missing receipt reminder — receive a notification when a transaction has settled and a receipt is required.

Low balance reminder — receive a push notification when your card balance is below a certain threshold.

Navigate to your user profile (top right section of the dashboard).

Navigate to the Notifications tab.

Select which notifications you would like to enable for email and mobile.

Click Update Notifications to save your preferences.

Navigate to Settings.

Select Notifications.

Select which notifications you would like to enable for mobile.
