Review or edit another administrator’s permissions
Permission descriptions
- View Administration — View administrators, their profiles and permissions on the Team Members page.
- Add/Edit/Terminate Administrator — Invite new administrators, edit admin profiles, update permissions and remove administrators.
- Request/Delete ACH Transfer — Create, approve or delete ACH transfers.
- Edit Business Settings & Apps — Manage opt-in features via Business Settings, update business information (address, phone number), add and manage external bank accounts and view and manage tags.
- Create Cardholder — Order new cards.
- Manage Cardholders — Update Cardholder profiles, change card statuses (active, blocked or closed), manage merchant categories and spending rules, use merchant locking, create and edit approval policies and view and manage tags.
- View Card Numbers — Access card numbers from the Card details page. Send vendor cards to vendors (requires Funding of Cards permission and MFA enabled).
- View Card Transactions — Review spending, transaction and decline details. Generate reports for card transactions and card balances.
- Funding of Cards — Fund cards from the Team Members, Vendors or Card Details pages.
- Approve/Reject Funding Requests — Manage funding requests by approving or rejecting them.
- Modify Transaction Notes — Add, edit or delete notes linked to transactions.
- Request Business Accounts — Request or create additional business accounts.
- Approve/Reject Reimbursements — Approve, edit or reject reimbursement requests.
- Approve/Reject Card Unblocking Requests — Approve, edit or reject requests to unblock cards.
